Sorry guys, looks like telcell is having problems with their SMS System, We've confirmed the problems is NOT a SXMSMS website or system issue that we can fix it's in fact the TelCell SMS interface that is currently dead, (not working via their website even).
We'll let you know ASAP when it is back up, and of course the SMS's will start going through again.
